Wow, this Guaranteed Cure for Acid Reflux book saved me a bunch of grief and pain! The author had a good reason to find a cure for acid reflux when he found himself and his wife in an Emergency Room. Acid Reflux can be a serious problem for those of us who have it. Fortunately, mine was not bad enough to go to the ER but it was bad enough for me to be motivated to try to find a remedy. I did buy this book on a whim thinking that for the price what could it hurt? I was shocked because its cure is an extremely simple technique. After the author explains graphically what acid reflux is all about, he then shows you a method that... simply and surely just makes the problem go away. I have absolutely NO knowledge to know if this will work on everybody but I don't see why it would not. Highly recommended.
I've spent the past few years downing Prilosec like it was candy and it's expensive to keep doing so, it's embarrassing, and it's just not something that I think our bodies take well. But the pain of acid reflux has been too much for me to deal with otherwise. My sister has been suggesting I try other ways to control it and I just had no clue where to turn.
